SumoSam: Japanese Food in GenSan
I really have a sense of reluctance in trying Japanese foods for the reason that I'm really into Thai cuisines. However, that doesn’t mean that I haven’t tried one yet. Actually, I had an enormously scrumptious experienced at SumoSam; the one they have here in GenSan.
Unlike from other Japanese restaurants, I liked the foods I had at SumoSam because it suited my taste buds and the place is good to chow with. I would recommend that you go with family and friends because it would be quite expensive if you eat solo or only with 2-3 people. But nonetheless, each food is worth every penny you spent.
Here are some of the foods I tried that would definitely make your appetite kicking:
Vegetable Ramen |
Beef Niku Udon |
California Maki |
Dynamite Roll |
Fried Japanese Rice |
Chicken Teriyaki (ala carte) |
My stomach was jam-packed with satisfaction of what I had; and remarkably the Fried Japanese Rice, Dynamite Roll, and Chicken Teriyaki (ala carte) were for the win! I would surely make time to go back again.
SumoSam is located on the ground floor, Fountain Area of SM City- General Santos. It’s on the right side, beside the exit. They also accept delivery and catering service.
