Actually, its "gey-Lah", the right pronunciation of Gala. Haha! Gala Bakeshop was established in the year 1981 by Ms. Marita S. Gallinero. So, the bakery has been making bread for more than 30 years. Tested and proven.
On its new branch here in Gensan, the greater part of my most out of control carb dreams were satisfied. In spite of the fact that, I haven't tried all yet however what I like about Gala Bakeshop is the high quality baked goods made with real ingredients and to note that all the breads were additives free.
